Moving on up up up

well things are starting to move on quickly. The China trip is booked, the Russian/Mongolian trip is also booked. I have confirmed to work that I am leaving at the end of August, and my parents are starting to come to terms with it all.

Am a little worried about my lady in trailfinders, she called me today to tell me that I needed an invitation letter for Russia, duh. Hmmmm ... that really shouldn't be news now should it.

I was getting pretty nervous last week, I think things were starting to become too real to quickly. It was like after all the talk and the bullshit, now I was actually following through on this. Yikes.

I did have a bit of a falter today and considered getting a flight from Berlin to St. Petersburg. It's a lot cheaper and there's a real pain getting a belarus transit visa and it takes 36hrs on the train. I'll sleep on it.
